One Cab's Family is a 1952 cartoon directed by Tex Avery. LaserDisc - The Compleat Tex Avery This cartoon is a remake of Friz Freleng's Merrie Melodies cartoon "Streamlined Greta Green" (1937). Last MGM cartoon to use the 1946-1952 all red MGM Cartoon title. This short was considered for an Academy Award in 1951, but was not nominated.[1]
